For over 18 years, I’ve been navigating the complex world of corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and global compliance. As a Law Graduate and Company Secretary, my role has always gone beyond just ticking boxes – it’s about helping businesses grow ethically and sustainably, even amidst rapid change and high-stakes decisions.
Whether it’s guiding companies through IPOs, mergers, or navigating the grey areas of international laws and data privacy, my work has always centred around one principle: protecting the organisation while enabling progress.
From leading high-impact restructuring projects to assessing compliance risks around anti-bribery, sanctions, and ESG, I’ve had the privilege of being both a legal guardian and a strategic partner.
What drives me is not just legal precision – but creating systems that build trust, reduce risk, and allow businesses to thrive with integrity.
These contributions, especially at Thermax, led the organisation being honoured with the Golden Peacock National Award for Corporate Governance in 2023. Also, recognitions like the ‘Under 40 Rising Star Award’ and several internal awards for leadership and innovation have been humbling milestones in this journey.
Outside the legal space, I invest time in CSR initiatives, contributing towards society, mentoring future professionals, and leading process improvements that drive efficiency and impact.
