Renewable energy and infrastructure lawyer with 13+ years of in-house experience advising international companies across Chile and Latin America on complex energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters.
Currently serving as Head of Legal – Chile at Nala Renewables, leading legal strategy, risk management, financing, regulatory, contractual, and dispute-related matters across a diversified renewable energy platform, including PMGD, utility-scale solar, and BESS assets.
My experience spans the full lifecycle of renewable energy and infrastructure projects – from development, financing, and construction through operation, asset management, restructurings, and complex dispute resolution. Throughout my career, I have advised on project finance transactions, EPC/O&M structures, PPA negotiations, acquisitions, refinancing processes, transmission infrastructure, contractor defaults, distressed scenarios, and high-value cross-border transactions involving sponsors, investors, lenders, and multinational stakeholders.
I have participated in financing, acquisition, development, construction, and operational matters related to renewable energy and transmission assets involving utility-scale solar, PMGD, BESS, CSP, and high-voltage transmission infrastructure in Chile, including transactions involving portfolios exceeding 500 MW of solar capacity and 1.6 GWh of BESS capacity.
I am particularly interested in renewable energy platforms, energy transition, infrastructure investments, project finance, BESS, complex transactions, and strategic in-house legal leadership within international and fast-paced environments.
