I am a General Counsel, as Vice President Europe Legal Counsel, at CEVA Logistics, where I lead the Group’s European legal strategy across a complex, fast‑moving and highly regulated environment. My role sits at the intersection of law, business and operations, supporting strategic decision‑making across markets, cultures and supply‑chain models.
I am an experienced lawyer with a pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset and specific expertise in commercial contracts’ negotiation, as well as labour matters and corporate/M&A, with a particular focus on supply chain operations and related compliance matters.
Over the years, I have developed a strong ability to translate legal complexity into practical solutions that enable growth, protect value and support long‑term partnerships.
Alongside my corporate role, I serve as member of the board of directors of C&M Book Logistics, a key player in Italy’s publishing logistics sector.
I am also a well‑established European speaker, frequently invited across Europe to share perspectives on the evolving legal and strategic landscape of logistics and supply chains, including compliance, and the impact of artificial intelligence, as well as leadership‑driven soft skills.
I strongly believe in leadership grounded in daily communication and dialogue, and I am committed to developing legal profession as a 360-degree stakeholder, not merely as a technical function
