With over 24 years of experience in corporate, intellectual property, and entertainment law, I most recently served as the SVP & Associate General Counsel at Interpublic Group (IPG), where I oversaw legal affairs for the company’s public relations and experiential agencies globally (combined global revenue of $2.5 billion and 6,500+ employees). As General Counsel for Specialised Communications & Experiential Solutions, I led teams in navigating complex legal landscapes, ensuring compliance with policies, and addressing key issues such as social media, privacy, and risk management.
My role involved collaborating with agency leaders internationally and across all functions to implement best practices and provide strategic counsel on critical matters, including complex projects, investigations and reputation management. I led a global team of legal professionals, enabling efficient legal support and fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving to drive organisational success.
