15+ years building legal functions for high-growth consumer tech – most recently as CLO of a $500M ARR fitness-tech company with 220M+ installs, growing 100%+ YoY, and before that at a media publisher reaching 900M monthly viewers across 6 languages.
I lead legal, risk and governance across tier-1 markets – the US, EU, Canada, Australia and Latin America – building and leading teams of up to 15 that sit inside product, growth and executive decision-making, not outside it.
My focus: international expansion, privacy and consumer protection, IP, AI governance, commercial deals, and the governance infrastructure that lets a company scale without surprises.
