I work alongside deal teams throughout the investment lifecycle, from transaction structuring and execution to portfolio management and exits. My role is embedded in investment processes, with a focus on structuring and risk allocation in complex and regulated environments.
Beyond individual transactions, I am involved in matters that cut across investments and portfolio companies, including governance frameworks and the consistency of legal and regulatory approaches across jurisdictions.
I also work at the intersection of legal practice and technology, designing and deploying AI-based tools to make legal review and transaction support faster and more reliable.
Prior to joining BlackFin, I was a corporate lawyer at Gide Loyrette Nouel, advising investment funds and corporates on private equity and M&A transactions.
I am trained in business and law (HEC Paris, Panthéon-Sorbonne) and admitted to the Paris Bar.
