With extensive legal leadership experience, I currently serve as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Comet Group. In this capacity, I shape and execute business-focused legal strategies encompassing corporate governance, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. My primary objective is to support Comet Group’s innovation and growth in semiconductor technology while ensuring strong legal and compliance frameworks.
Prior to this, at Novartis, I led global legal teams and initiatives related to IT, data privacy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. I worked closely with global and cross-functional leadership teams to align legal strategies with the company’s innovation and transformation objectives. I am dedicated to applying advanced legal expertise to drive sustainable growth and effectively manage risks within technology-driven industries.
