Here I am – a very experienced and skilled lawyer, with knowledge of 3 languages (native level) and as an extra a certificate in French and Latin. I have skills in corporate management and contracts negotiation, drafting and management.
Before this I worked as General Counsel in property development and as a consultant, both with PwC and EY in Helsinki. The teams I was included in led projects in M&A, labour topics and business contracts, as well as GDPR, compliance, family office matters and corporate matters. So a pretty broad variety of fields and in so many industries, including automotive, metal works, IT, finance, real estate, retail etc.
Versatility and a good eye for legal impact on projects, always hands on and always the for the good of the business – that’s me in a nut shell.
I am team player but definitely above all a person who is reliable, understands confidentiality and who completes and finishes. I never give up, once I have targets set.
