As Head of Legal, Middle East & Africa for Deutsche Bank, Mark is the principal manager of legal risk of all Deutsche Bank Group activities in the MEA region, providing legal support to the bank across all of its MEA business activities, regional management and infrastructure functions. Prior to that, he worked at Clifford Chance in both London and Hong Kong, focusing on domestic and cross-border M&A/Private Equity transactions.
