Martina Seidl is Group Chief People & Governance Officer for Giesecke+Devrient (G+D), a global security technology group which provides solutions for digital infrastructures, financial platforms and currency technologies.
In her role, she oversees the HR, legal, compliance, export control and data privacy functions globally with teams in more than 40 countries and more than 120 subsidiaries.
Prior to joining G+D in 2019, Martina held various legal management positions in the IT industry which included Vice President Legal & Commercial EMEA at Fujitsu and Head of M&A and Corporate Law at Fujitsu Siemens Computers.
Martina serves as member of various boards (e.g. member of the supervisory board of Liquid Legal Institute, member of the industry board of Legal Tech Colab). She stands for a modern and future-oriented management of corporate functions that act as true strategic business partners and enablers of the business organisation.
Martina studied Law at Ludwig Maximilians Universität in Munich and was admitted as lawyer in 2001.
