His leadership approach combines clarity, pragmatism, and trust, empowering teams while ensuring that innovation, speed, and growth remain aligned with robust risk, ethics, and governance frameworks.
Prior to joining ATOSS, he worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Gleiss Lutz.
