For over 15 years, I have worked in law, governance, compliance, and business. My experience spans corporate secretarial work, regulatory compliance, contract management, employment law, FEMA/RBI compliances, IPR strategy, and enterprise risk.
In the last few years alone, I scaled corporate secretarial coverage from ~25 to 100+ entities, delivered ~50–70% cost savings, led cross-border restructurings with 100% compliance, and strengthened oversight for an ~₹8 Cr CSR portfolio.
Earlier, I saved ~₹2 Cr annually, supported the establishment of an AMC in China, successfully resolved a ₹16.5 Cr RBI compounding case, contributed to a $2.2B+ private equity fundraise, supported a ~$3B IPO for Paytm, and led legal due diligence for acquisitions worth ~$50M.
