Currently, I serve as Country Legal & Government Affairs Director at Bergenbier (Molson Coors Beverage Company) Romania, leading legal strategy, compliance, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement.
Previously, I held leadership roles as Regional Legal & Compliance Director at Danone, overseeing legal and compliance matters across CEE markets, and Legal Director at Brico Dépôt Romania (Kingfisher Group), supporting the company’s growth and transformation in the retail sector.
Throughout my career, I have focused on enabling business growth while managing risk, driving regulatory and public affairs initiatives, leading high-impact litigation and compliance programs, and, more recently, supporting digital transformation and AI adoption within legal functions across Romania and the wider CEE region.
