I am a board-facing General Counsel with over fifteen years in-house experience advising regulated, people-centric organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions.
As a trusted C-suite adviser and senior leadership team member, I lead legal strategy, governance, compliance and data protection functions through periods of organisational change – including growth, restructuring, international expansion and orderly closure. I work closely with boards and executive teams to embed commercially pragmatic legal leadership that enables confident decision-making in complex regulatory environments.
My experience includes guiding a financial services organisation through a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, establishing scalable governance and compliance frameworks within fast-growing international businesses, and supporting global operations through significant disruption including COVID-19 and Brexit. I have worked extensively across UK, European, Middle Eastern, Asian and US regulatory landscapes, combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of how international organisations operate day-to-day.
I am particularly experienced in organisations where workforce, regulation and reputation intersect, helping leadership teams balance growth ambitions with robust governance and sustainable risk management.
