Dr. iur. Nikolai Vokuhl, LL.M. (UCLA) is Senior Vice President Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of HUGO BOSS AG, where he leads the global legal and compliance function. An internationally experienced in‑house leader, he is known for transforming legal departments into strategic business partners and enablers.
Before joining HUGO BOSS in 2019, Nikolai held senior legal roles at Amazon and served as General Counsel of windeln.de SE. He began his career as a corporate and capital markets lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Nikolai holds a doctorate in law and an LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a frequent speaker on the future of the in‑house legal function, governance, compliance, and legal transformation, and is recognised for his pragmatic, forward‑looking leadership approach.
