A firm believer in digitisation of legal processes to manage scale and compliance. Have been fortunate to be entrusted with managing the legal function for a vast region thus giving me an opportunity to have a steep learning curve and grow into a well-rounded people leader.
I am also the Founder of an NGO, Project Abhimanyu that has been working since 2015 towards improving the legal profession by increasing access. We do so by providing mentoring, career counselling, workshops and legal training programmes. We have so far worked with students from more than 80 colleges across India and have 70 Mentors on board.
