I work closely with promoters, boards, and investors on strategy, governance, and complex transactions.
My work spans legal, business, and capital, supporting investments, exits, restructuring, and cross-border expansion across India, Singapore, and the United States. I have led legal and governance frameworks across multiple sectors, including energy, e-mobility, consumer products, financial services, and venture investments, enabling scalable growth in founder-led and investor-backed environments.
I operate at the intersection of law, business, and capital, supporting growth, managing enterprise risk, and enabling scalable structures in founder-led and investor-backed environments.
