Rafael Colonia Castellanos is an internationally recognised General Counsel and Compliance leader with over 15 years of experience advising multinational organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
Admitted to practice in Germany, Spain and Mexico, he has held senior leadership roles within globally listed companies, operating at the intersection of law, business and regulation in complex and fast-evolving environments.
He serves as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Europe and has been a member of the European Executive Team, with responsibility for legal, compliance and data privacy across multiple jurisdictions.
