I am a Legal Counsel specialising in complex technology, digital transformation and strategic commercial transactions across the Middle East and Africa. I partner closely with business and leadership teams on high-value, multi-jurisdictional projects involving cloud, AI, and large-scale system implementations, supporting the full lifecycle from deal structuring and negotiation to delivery and dispute management. My experience includes advising on joint ventures, co-development models, and IP frameworks, as well as navigating government and quasi-government engagements where regulatory alignment and risk allocation are critical.
