Currently acting as Country Legal Manager within DP World Romania, advising business and leadership teams on commercial contracts, governance, regulatory compliance, disputes, risk management and strategic projects across Ports & Terminals and Freight Forwarding operations.
Experienced in cross-border legal matters, business partnering, corporate governance, operational risk and stakeholder management within multinational environments. Previously worked within the European Commission (DG JUST) in Brussels, with exposure to EU regulatory and rule of law matters.
Particularly interested in positioning legal as a business enabler – supporting operational growth, commercial decision-making and sustainable governance in fast-moving international environments.
