In-house legal counsel with almost 18 years of experience supporting businesses across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
I have spent most of my career working directly within the business, often as sole in-house counsel, advising management on commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, employment matters, litigation and legal risk.
I currently support the European operations of a multinational group across multiple companies and jurisdictions.
My approach to Legal is strongly business-oriented: understand what the business is trying to achieve, identify the real legal and financial exposure, and find practical ways to mitigate risk while enabling the business to move forward.
My experience includes multinational environments such as Amazon, ZTE, Brink’s/G4S and Jindal Films, giving me exposure to technology, transportation, manufacturing, security and other highly operational businesses.
