Triple-qualified lawyer admitted in England & Wales, Greece and Ireland, currently serving as Senior Director within the Global Legal Function of The Coca-Cola Company. I lead the company’s Global AI Governance Program and serve as Head Privacy Counsel for Europe – working at the intersection of privacy, emerging technology and global regulatory strategy.
My background spans senior in-house privacy counsel roles at HSBC, private practice at top-tier international law firms and one of the Big Four across London and Brussels, and a traineeship at the Legal Service of the Council of the European Union.
I am the founder of HWiPT (Hellenic Women in Privacy & Technology) and form part of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) Support Pool of Experts on new technologies. I have also served as an Advisory Board Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
I hold postgraduate law degrees from University of Oxford, University College London, London School of Economics and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, complemented by professional certifications in AI governance, privacy and project management (AIGP, CIPP/E, CIPM, FIP, CAIP, COBIT, PRINCE2).
A regular speaker at international conferences, I frequently contribute to industry publications on privacy, cybersecurity and AI. I am passionate about shaping responsible AI governance frameworks and advancing thought leadership in data protection and technology law.
