From January 2026, I embarked on my new role as Vice-President, General Counsel of YTY Group, a leading global manufacturer of premium nitrile gloves under the USD20B Indorama Group.
My previous role was that of Lead Counsel Global Operations at Ansell, where I oversaw the company’s manufacturing operations in Asia Pacific-India, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka, supporting the Global Supply Chain and Engineering, R&D, HR, IT, and other business verticals.
With over 23 years of experience in litigation and corporate law, I have a proven track record of delivering legal solutions that protect the company’s interests and enable its growth and innovation.
I am also passionate about leading ESG projects across the region, advancing YTY’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance excellence.
I am honuored to be recognised in the Legal500 GC Powerlist Southeast Asia 2022, Green GC Powerlist SEA 2023, the Legal500 In House Diversity Champion SE Asia 2023, GC Powerlist Malaysia 2023, GC Powerlist Teams SEA 2023, GC Powerlist SouthEast Asia 2024 and, most recently, GC Powerlist Malaysia 2026 for my contribution to the legal industry and society.
Graduated with honours from the University of London in 1999 and obtained my 2nd law degree with the University of New England Australia in 2020. In addition, I have been conferred an Honorary Doctorate of Advanced Studies in International Law from Azteca University for all my work done on a global level in Ansell; this also includes my previous roles leading OLA, an Indian ride share giant in its expansion into international markets and interfacing with govt authorities across the globe in my role as Regional Counsel for ATOS, a French ICT conglomerate.
