Starting her career at Hindalco, she quickly advanced to lead a manufacturing unit and later oversaw legal operations for multiple units and a regional office. Her expertise in contract negotiations and regulatory reviews significantly impacted organisational revenue.
As a Digital Transformation leader, Shriya implemented advanced tools like Compliance and Contract Management systems. Her achievements include the Young Achievers Award, 2021, recognition as a finalist for the Digital Innovator, 2022 and Emerging Inspirational Achievers Award, 2023 at the Annual ABG Legal Meets.
Now at Mondelez International, she navigates the fast-paced FMCG landscape to support business goals. She started her stint at Mondelez supporting the Biscuits Category and a manufacturing plant and has moved on to be the legal business partner for Biscuits, Beverages & Candy Category as well as the External Manufacturing vertical.
Committed to continuous learning, she has completed courses in Labour Law from XLRI, Contract Management, M&A, and Data Protection Laws in India etc
