Experienced In‑House Counsel with 24 years of diverse legal expertise, specialising in commercial and procurement contracts for the IT and ITES industry. My background spans litigation, legal process management, and extensive experience working within corporate legal teams of leading IT–ITES organisations including Mphasis, Atos/ Atos Syntel, Syntel, Teach Mahindra and WNS.
In my current role with Mphasis, I lead a key legal function overseeing procurement contracting, intellectual property management, and global legal support across corporate functions.
I report directly to the Vice President – Legal and manage a team of highly capable lawyers.
Beyond contracting, I provide strategic legal advisory to business and support units and also collaborate with external counsel and law firms on specialised matters.
I also partner with technology teams and partners to design and enhance legal tools, automation systems, and CLM solutions, driving efficiency, transparency, and operational maturity across the legal function.
