Stefanie Jilek is a senior legal executive with extensive experience advising leadership teams across DACH and international business environments.
She currently serves as Chief Legal Counsel, Region DACH at Coloplast, where she is a member of the regional leadership team and advises on commercial, compliance, competition, GDPR, corporate governance and M&A matters.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior legal leadership roles at Amplifon, DS Smith and Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, and is recognised for combining strong legal judgment with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach.
