As Senior Legal Director at Ledger, I lead a team of lawyers supporting our global consumer and enterprise organisations. The business helps customers secure over 20% of the world’s crypto assets. My work focuses on the multi-jurisdictional legal challenges that come with emerging technology.
Prior to Ledger, I spent 14 years at Apple during its hyper-growth years, including as Country Counsel for the UK & Ireland. I led legal strategy for major pan-EMEIA business units and high-stakes projects, including as lead lawyer for the acquisition and integration of Beats in EMEIA. Across Apple, Xerox, and Ledger, I’ve led on international commercial, M&A, corporate, regulatory enquiries, disputes, and product matters spanning hardware, software, financial services, and innovative technology.
A Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, I specialise in navigating the intersection of tech, product, commercial strategy, and law. As a lawyer who builds, I approach AI from two distinct angles. On the operational side, I’m an AIGP candidate building custom apps and agents that put generative AI to practical use in legal workflows. On the strategic side, I advise the business on AI go-to-market and frameworks governing frontier AI.
