As Head of Legal for Northern Europe and Senior Legal Director at Kenvue, I lead Legal across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. I am an active member of both the Northern Europe Leadership Team and the EMEA Legal Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy, transformation, governance, culture and talent priorities.
My approach combines commercial judgment, curiosity about the business and investment in people. I am committed to mentoring and developing others, championing diversity, equity and inclusion, and creating teams where different perspectives are valued and people feel confident to contribute, challenge and grow.
I am also passionate about how AI, knowledge management and better ways of working can make Legal more proactive, scalable and connected to the business, while keeping judgment, trust and relationships at the heart of what we do.
I enjoy exchanging ideas at the intersection of business, law, leadership and technology, and welcome opportunities to contribute to panels, podcasts, roundtables and conferences.
