THE ARCHITECT: I began by designing resilient, large-scale enterprise data pipelines, API topologies, and AI governance frameworks. I understand the plumbing of global infrastructure – having engineered systems across 45 platform instances, managed 45,000+ user profiles, and built RAG-enabled topologies that unify fractured legacy systems into functional data marts.
THE ADVISOR: As data became the primary driver of legal strategy, I transitioned into a trusted advisor to General Counsel, CIOs, and Chief Financial Officers. I leverage empirical proof to turn subjective workflow debates into objective, metric-driven business decisions. Whether aligning frameworks with the EU AI Act or using request-mapping data to defend organisational redesigns, I ensure that technology roadmaps match long-term corporate risk management.
THE ENABLER: Today, I operate as an enterprise enabler who translates technical capability into hard financial and operational outcomes. I focus on building the automation directly – from contract lifecycle management (CLM) and third-party risk management (TPRM) rollouts across 180 countries to pioneering cross-functional GenAI pipelines. My work focuses on the bottom line, delivering millions in audited cost avoidance, identifying massive billing leakages, and driving rapid software adoption without top-down mandates.

– Financial Governance: Managing ~$11M in IT spend across CapEx/OpEx, delivering audited cost avoidance ($6.15M), and unlocking revenue clawbacks ($18M).
– Global Risk & Compliance: Deploying AI-driven TPRM ecosystems (Exiger) for 15,000+ vendors, creating Board-visible risk matrices, and building foundational policy frameworks (KYBP).
