For the past twelve years I have advised on corporate structuring and building global compliance, privacy, and anti-money-laundering programs that support growth. I have led legal and compliance teams, guided dozens of M&A transactions, and helped investors and founders manage cross-border deals in different industries.
I also work with private-equity teams. I run due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, keep deals on schedule, and support clean exits.
