Teeshna Bahadur has been with the revenue cycle management industry for almost 4 years as the legal head for R1 RCM India and is responsible for the legal oversight of R1 RCM Philippines.
In her 25 years of experience, Teeshna has a strong track record of managing the legal function for global organisations and exhibiting high levels of commitment in achieving organisational goals. She has worked with multiple global jurisdictions predominantly in the areas of contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance, employment matters, risk mitigation and productivity improvement. Instrumental in driving progress, Teeshna has demonstrated an ability to resolve complex issues, deal with ambiguous situations, and showcase creativity in resolving unique and challenging issues with her legal expertise.
Prior to joining R1 RCM, Teeshna served as VP – Legal at Startek Aegis where she was responsible for multiple global jurisdictions’ legal affairs, including contract lifecycle management, corporate governance, employment matters, dispute resolution, advising and liaison.
Teeshna has completed her LLM from Boston University School of Law, she has an Honors in International and Comparative Law studies from the Cornell-Sorbonne Institute I, Paris, and an LLB from Pune University, India.
