Executive Legal Director & General Counsel and member of the Management Committee at Porsche Ibérica. My background combines cross-border M&A and capital markets experience from leading international law firms with executive leadership across legal, compliance and governance functions. I regularly operate at the intersection of governance, regulation, sustainability and corporate strategy, translating complex legal and policy challenges into clear business and oversight insight.
Alongside my executive role, I actively contribute to the European governance community as Board Member of ACC Europe and Board Member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), promoting international dialogue, leadership development and the evolving role of the General Counsel in board-level environments.
