I currently lead the team of in-house lawyers supporting the Tax and Legal business. As a trusted legal advisor to the business, I’ve led negotiations on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional deals, developed legal frameworks, and played a pivotal role in aligning legal strategy with broader business priorities. My role in leadership extends to setting legal strategy, leading transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, leveraging AI to streamline workflow and driving consistency; and developing high-performing teams.
I’m particularly interested in how legal functions evolve from transactional support to strategic enablers, embedding contingency, governance and commercial clarity into how organisations grow across markets.
