As the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Technetix, I specialise in commercially focused legal advice, corporate governance and ESG regulation and compliance. I have a strong background supporting and facilitating boards and executive teams to deliver strategic objectives, building and leading cross-functional teams and delivering legal strategies which align with business goals.
I have extensive international experience (US, EMEA, APAC and Emerging Markets) across roles and sectors and a track record in risk management, ensuring that potential legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed and mitigated effectively whilst pursuing strategic commercial objectives.
Outside of my professional life, I am a strong community advocate, with a particular focus on education. I often act as a mentor to students entering the legal profession through connections with secondary schools and currently have the privilege of serving as Vice Chair of Governors at my local primary school.
