He specialises in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS, DPAs, partnership & alliance agreements, license and service agreements, AI contracts, procurement contracts, and real estate documents. Uday has also led legal operations for major IT firms like HCL Technologies and L&T Infotech, offering robust advisory.
His legal acumen is backed by qualifications from ILS Law College, Pune, with additional diplomas in Corporate Laws, Medical Jurisprudence, and Consumer Protection Law.
