As Group General Counsel and Company Secretary for CABER Group and Sunny Balcony Group, Veer Dhaliwal leads the legal and governance function across multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, UK, Ireland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His responsibilities span strategic board advisory, corporate governance, and enterprise-wide risk oversight, alongside hands-on delivery of legal services across complex infrastructure, design, engineering and commercial operations. Veer is responsible for legal operations, contract development and negotiation, dispute resolution and litigation management, as well as advising on property, employment, privacy, cyber and regulatory matters.
With a strong focus on governance frameworks and operational efficiency, he has implemented centralised legal intake processes, contract repositories and compliance tracking systems to enhance visibility, consistency and risk management across the business. As Company Secretary, he works closely with the Board and executive leadership to support effective decision-making, regulatory compliance and the promotion of a robust governance culture.
