Vicentiu Ramniceanu is Head of Legal Affairs at C.N. Loteria Română S.A., where he advises senior management on legal, regulatory, corporate governance and compliance matters.
He has more than 25 years of legal experience, including 15 years in-house, and has held senior positions including Legal Director, Head of Litigation and Expert Adviser to the CEO.
Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate banking legal at BCR – Erste Group and practised law with Ernst & Young Law.
He holds an Executive MBA and is a PhD candidate in company law and corporate governance. He is also an arbitrator and a member of the Association of Independent Administrators, with a particular interest in state-owned enterprise governance, integrity and the responsible use of AI.
