I have experience in Fintech Law with specific expertise on payment aggregators and gateways, ONDC and the e-commerce sector, SAAS Agreements, International Financial Derivative Agreements, ISDA Negotiations, Corporate and Commercial Advisory and Litigation, Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiations, Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Consumer Disputes. I have represented and advised several Multinational, Fortune 500 and other leading and growing Companies across various Sectors and Industries.
