Noemi Siman is a highly accomplished practitioner specialising in complex Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate & Commercial law, and foreign direct investment (FDI) regulations. Her multi-disciplinary practice focuses heavily on the energy and natural resources, real estate, retail, and technology, media & telecom (TMT) sectors. She has gained extensive experience in navigating the regulatory and permitting intricacies of large-scale greenfield and brownfield project developments, with a particular expertise in the re-permitting and re-authorisation of major industrial and energy production facilities.
She regularly advises multinational corporations and international groups on high-stakes market entries and cross-border expansions, handling critical national security filing and clearance processes. Her recent track record includes leading legal teams on utility-scale renewable energy acquisitions (RES) totaling over 2.8 GW, advising on premium real estate land divestments in Bucharest, and structuring licensing frameworks for international electricity and gas traders. In the technology sector, she has also successfully guided global groups through sophisticated telecommunications licensing applications.
